products to us for Service/Repair, FIRST
download the "Terms and Conditions of Account"
and the
"Service Order Request Web Form" PDF files. Complete, sign, and
include these documents along with your equipment. When we receive your equipment we
will contact you for the applicable payment due at check in. |
If
you are requesting Warranty Service we MUST
have a legible copy of the Original Sales Receipt showing the equipment, its serial #, and
date of purchase for us to begin diagnosis. |
| CAREFULLY prepare your equipment for protection during shipping. UPS,
FEDEX, and the US Postal Service will help you make sure your equipment is packed correctly
for shipping. Be sure to INSURE it in case it is damaged or
lost. We are NOT responsible for damage to your equipment
during shipping. |
