| Service -
We will perform specified service(s) (i.e., changing tubes & biasing an amplifier) for
you. Service does not include any repair work, either from a pre-existing condition or a
condition which becomes apparent after the specified service(s) is/are performed. |

| Repair - We will diagnose problem(s) and/or condition(s), and
after customer approval of estimate perform the necessary repairs to fix the problem(s) and/or
condition(s). Check with our customer service representatives about shop warranties on repairs
and/or parts. |

| Non-Warranty
Service - $80.00 per hour
bench time plus part(s). |
| Warranty Service - A
legible copy of original sales receipt required for work to BEGIN! No diagnosis will be made
until warranty is verified. |
| Priority Service
- $25.00 flat fee in addition to normal
parts and labor charges. Priority service is guaranteed diagnosis within one business
week. Please note that some special parts may need to be ordered. Express
shipping is available. |
| Super Priority
Service - $50.00 flat fee
in addition to normal parts and labor charges. Super Priority service is guaranteed on the
bench within one business day for diagnosis. Please note that some special
parts may need to be ordered. Express shipping is available. |
